AAS staff is
knowledgeable in domestic and international aviation congestion management and
provides domain
and technical expertise in analyzing airport, airspace and air traffic control
systems programs, plans, policies and procedures.
Our operational traffic flow management, Enroute airspace, terminal
airspace and ATC System Command Center (ATCSCC) experience coupled with FAA
program management expertise offers a safe and efficient process
for the development of technology concepts for the future. Our FAA Technology
Program Management experience leverages our staff's broad range of experience in
establishing realistic plans that account for risks, stakeholder participation,
and technical complexities. Plans are aligned with measurement mechanisms that
ensure accurate progress tracking and awareness of deviations as rapidly as
possible.
