Summary

Years of collective experience and commitment to improving system performance provides the basis for AAS to present a diverse, unified approach to improve the flying experience for the air travel consumer. Growing demand versus capacity constraints at hub and high volume airports and within the National Airspace System have had escalating impact and public scrutiny resulting from substantial performance deterioration. Recent enactment of state legislation and the call for a national “Passenger Bill of Rights” is evidence that the system is falling short of expectations.

AAS offers a unique cross functional focus to help to address these matters. As evidenced by our collective strengths in air carrier management & operations, FAA program management & operations, traffic and procedures analysis & research, operations concept development, industry experience and information technology support, our team can play a key role in improving current performance and in meeting to the future requirements of the NAS.  We have developed alliances and strategic partnerships that additionally leverage our capabilities, talents and operations backgrounds, in both the domestic and international arenas, that will help to meet those challenges that lie ahead. The AAS team collectively has a proven track record and is uniquely qualified to develop practical solutions for complex problems inherent to air-transportation systems. These strengths offer unique capability to blend the best practices of commercial airlines with recognized FAA system processes and ATC operational aspects to achieve cost-effective results oriented solutions.
