FAA High Density Airport Rule
(FAR Part 93)

Advanced Aviation Sciences (AAS) staff offers extensive experience in all operational compliance aspects of FAR Part 93 with specific focus on the following Subparts:

  •   Subpart K (High Density Traffic Airports)

  •   Subpart S (Allocation of Commuter and Air Carrier Operations at High Density Traffic Airports)

  •   Subpart T (Ronald Regan Washington National Airport Traffic Rules)

 

AAS Staff offers extensive FAR Part 121 air carrier planning and operational execution experience associated with FAR Part 93, Advisory Circular 93-1, and the provisions of Special Traffic Management Programs (STMP) as outlined in FAA Order 7210.3U.

In former airline Operations Planning leadership positions, AAS staff initiated the request and participated in the special slot allocation process for Los Angeles International Airport following the 1987 US Airways acquisition of PSA airlines. This action was associated with significant temporary airport capacity constraints resulting from extended duration north runway closures for construction. AAS staff offers a culmination of approximately 75 years of airline planning and operational execution experience from Delta Air Lines and US Airways.     

 

Through recent contracts AAS has acquired wide ranging experience in airport terminal management operations, surface surveillance, ramp management, and de-icing operations.  Through our previous airline careers, we have participated in management level operations procedure development which includes areas such as:
